Makes a snack for two. Add fresh berries if desired.
Approximate cooking time: 15 minutes
- 1 orange, peeled & diced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Place the fruit into bowls
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts (optional) and/or cinnamon
